Jesse is currently in New York City working on the Merchant/Ivory film, "Heights" with more info here.
Jesse's third episode of "The West Wing" was supposed to air 10/15 but "Law and Order" was shown instead. We've seen a report that NBC will resume airing "West Wing" Wednesday October 29th, after the World Series is completed, but NBC.com is promoting the next airing for October 22nd with no explanation.

We have been asked whether Jesse will do five episodes or ten episodes on "The West Wing". He has agreed to do five consecutive shows (episodes #2-6 of the new season), then an additional five shows dependent on his schedule.
Here's another report with picture that mentions "Happy Endings", a film that Jesse has agreed to do but does not yet have a start date.
Presently, the additional five "West Wing" episodes are on hold as Jesse is slated to star in "The Heights", an independent film by Ismail Merchant of Merchant/Ivory films ("A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries") shooting in New York City in October. Other stars involved include Glenn Close, James Marsden, and Elizabeth Banks.

Jesse has begun work on the Emmy Award winning television show, "The West Wing".
(Check also West Wing UK).
He is scheduled to guest star for five episodes, the first of which will air in a few weeks.
More details to come.
There is still no word on those other film projects, but we will let you know when things have been decided.

We tried to delay a news update until Jesse started a new project, but fans have asked for news, so....
Jesse is considering several film offers, and has commited to two other projects,
but scheduling problems and negotiations with other actors have postponed the productions.
Hopefully, we'll have more definate news next time.
In other news, Jesse presented his friend and "Swimfan" costar, Clayne Crawford, with the Movieline's Young Hollywood Award for "Exciting New Face". Jesse was the award recipient last year.
We understand that the release of Eulogy may be pushed back to Spring 2004.
